Olive Oil & Coffee?

Coffee and olive oil are two of the healthiest liquids on Earth. Both contain antioxidants and have been linked to lower rates of heart disease and Type 2 diabetes. They also taste great together! This is why I drink a glass of warm coffee with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil every morning. It's my favorite way to start my day off right—and it'll be yours too!

Olive oil is a healthy fat.

Olive oil is a healthy fat. It contains monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats, which are both good for you. Olive oil is also rich in antioxidants, which can help prevent heart disease and Type 2 diabetes.

Coffee contains antioxidants.

Coffee is the most popular drink in the world. It's also a great source of antioxidants and can help prevent damage to your cells. Antioxidants are good for your health, but they're not always easy to find in food--and they're often expensive if you do find them.

For example, one cup of coffee contains about 10 milligrams of polyphenols (a type of antioxidant). That's more than what you'd get from spinach or red wine!

Coffee has been linked to lower rates of heart disease and Type 2 diabetes.

Coffee is the most popular drink in the world, with more than 2.25 billion cups consumed each day. It's also one of the most studied: coffee drinkers have been linked to lower rates of heart disease and Type 2 diabetes, thanks to its antioxidant properties.

The antioxidants in coffee--including chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid--have been shown to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels as well as reduce insulin resistance (a precursor to Type 2 diabetes). And since we're talking about olive oil here, this means that adding it into your daily routine may be an easy way to get more antioxidants into your diet!

You can drink coffee with olive oil to get a health boost!

Olive oil and coffee are two of the most popular beverages in the world. But did you know that you can drink them together to get a health boost?

It's true! Olive oil contains monounsaturated fat, which has been shown to help lower cholesterol levels and reduce inflammation in your body. It also contains antioxidants, which help fight off free radicals that damage cells. This combination makes olive oil an excellent addition to your diet if you want to reduce your risk of heart disease or cancer--or improve other aspects of your health as well!

However, there are some important things to keep in mind before adding olive oil into your morning cup o' joe:

So, can you drink coffee with olive oil? The answer is yes! It's a great way to get more healthy fats into your diet and help boost your energy levels. Just make sure not to go overboard on either one--too much coffee or olive oil can cause problems like heartburn or acid reflux symptoms.
